6. Delivery
6.1. We dispatch orders to our courier, DPD, on your selected delivery date. DPD typically delivers within 24–48 hours from the time of dispatch.
6.2. You must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the delivery.
6.3. For addresses with gated or restricted access, you must provide clear delivery instructions or access codes. Failure to do so may result in a missed delivery.
6.4. If no one is available to accept the delivery, DPD may, at their discretion:
a) Leave the parcel in a secure location at your address.
b) Deliver the parcel to a neighbour.
c) Return the parcel to their depot.
6.5. We are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, tampering, or contamination of parcels left unattended after delivery.
6.6. If you have provided specific instructions to leave the parcel unattended, our liability for the goods ends once the parcel is marked as “delivered” in the courier’s tracking system.
6.7. While we endeavour to meet delivery estimates, external factors (e.g., severe weather, traffic, courier delays) may affect delivery times. We will communicate any significant delays to you. Our liability in such cases is limited to the value of the goods and the delivery fee paid.
7. If You Are Dissatisfied
7.1. You must inspect the goods upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any issue with the service or the condition of the products.
7.2. Service-related complaints (e.g., missing items, delivery issues) will be reviewed and responded to within one business day.
7.3. Product quality complaints will be escalated to our Head Butcher for assessment. You may be required to retain the item and provide photographs to facilitate a fair review.
7.4. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons of changed mind or incorrect ordering. In the event of a verified quality issue, we may, at our discretion, issue an e-voucher, credit, or partial refund, typically within three business days.
8. Limitations of Liability
8.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit arising from your use of our services or products.
8.2. We are not liable for goods that are delivered successfully but are subsequently stolen or damaged after being left unattended at your request or according to courier policy.
8.3. You are responsible for refrigerating or freezing perishable goods immediately after delivery. We are not liable for spoilage resulting from any delay on your part in doing so.
8.4. Product weights are approximate and may vary slightly due to the natural trimming and preparation processes.
9. Account Deletion
9.1. You may delete your customer account at any time through your account dashboard on our website.
9.2. We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil legal obligations (e.g., for tax purposes) and to process any outstanding payments. Data in our system backups will be purged within one month.
