We are proud to offer free same-day delivery for our local customers in and around Croydon.
- Service: Free Same-Day Delivery
- Minimum Order: £50 and above
- Area: Within approximately 3 miles of 7 Imperial Way, Croydon and the surrounding areas.

2. Nationwide Delivery
For customers across England, Scotland, and Wales, we offer a reliable next-day delivery service via our partner, DPD.
Delivery Charges (Nationwide):
- Weekday Delivery (Monday – Friday):
- £7.99 – Orders under 10 kg
- £8.99 – Orders 10 kg and over, but under £50 total value
- Free – Orders of £50 or more
- Weekend Delivery (Saturday – Sunday):
- £9.99 flat rate on all orders

Important Delivery Details
❄️ Packaging & Storage
Your order will arrive in a specially designed, insulated box with ice packs, ensuring it remains fresh and chill-safe for up to 48 hours from dispatch. All perishable items must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon opening the package.
📍 Delivery Instructions & Tracking
- All our nationwide orders are freshly prepared and blast-frozen to lock in freshness and ensure quality during transit.
- You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS directly from DPD with your allocated 1-hour delivery time slot on the morning of your delivery.
- DPD delivers between 8 am and 8 pm. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery during this window.
- For unattended deliveries: If no one is available, DPD may leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or return it to the depot. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the quality or accept liability for parcels that are left unattended. This is especially important for gated communities or apartment buildings where access may be restricted.

We deliver across mainland England, Scotland, and Wales. Some very remote locations may be excluded. If you are unsure about your area, please contact us before ordering.
